Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities• Support the production of monthly staff rosters in time to meet accurate call and interaction volume arrival patterns
• Maintain workforce management software, including rules, roles and admin functions
• Develop call centre reports as agreed
• Maintain management reporting systems
• Develop and deliver Tech Support adherence reporting
• Delivered monthly reporting including performance metrics and management support tools.
• Delivered monthly available capacity for non-phone activities including training, team meetings and morale activities
• Delivered daily, weekly and monthly feedback and tracking to staff on annual leave requests and balances to mitigate burnout, financial implications and encourage fairness.
• Support the contact centres achievement of agreed targets as necessary.
• Consolidation and Procurement of Departmental Stationery needs.
• Identify and report staff management risks to mitigate financial and procedural impact.
• Delivered monthly IR Variance report on actions taken in time
• Develop and maintain a library of Industrial Relations best practices and case studies.
• Identify abscondment risks to the business on presentation, as and when necessary.
• Consolidate monthly ad hoc salary submissions on time.
• Delivered weekly reporting to support accurate, in time absence management.
• Delivered monthly staff morale initiatives based on cost, impact and capacity.

Qualifications and experience required? Matric essential
? 2 years experience in a resource/staffing administrative role essential
? Intermediate MS Excel experience essential
? Understanding of IP Telephony essential
? Experience with Workforce Management System (WFM) essential
? Good understanding of Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) essential
? Working knowledge of call center systems and processes preferable
? Knowledge of MWEB Systems and Tools i.e. Cognos and Crystal preferable
